GamFratesi
Based on a minimalist, fluid language typical of the conceptual approach of GamFratesi, the Rain and Cloudy models convey an impressionistic vision of nature through the artistic thinking of ukiyo-e. The light, delicate pattern of Cloudy – inspired by the fleeting, mutable beauty of clouds – features a contrast between the black color of the background and the intervals of ivory stripes, suggesting the evocative image of Japanese prints belonging to a distant “floating” world. Rain, on the other hand, captures the impalpable lightness of rainfall through a stylized water drop motif against two backgrounds – pale grey and black – crossed by the graphic signs of droplets in blue, black and red for the pale background, and blue and red for the black background, achieving a fascinating dreamy effect.
