ALPI@MILAN DESIGN WEEK 2025

ALPI will be present at Milan Design Week 2025 with new veneers that explore wood through nature, pattern and experimentation. Creative surfaces by Piero Lissoni, nendo and Estudio Campana are joined by a new colour variant for the historical Ettore Sottsass series.

The new ALPI items for 2025 express different visual languages united by their roots in constant research into material and colour.
ALPI String and ALPI Warp by Piero Lissoni are based on hand-drawn lines transformed into quintessential contemporary surfaces, a rereading of wood with a sophisticated graphic touch.
ALPI Kasumi and ALPI Futae by nendo examine the lightness of veining and tone given by an elaborate process of layering and cutting to expose delicate, deep-lying texture, half artificial and half natural.
ALPI Agreste is an upcycling project by Estudio Campana inspired by arid lands in Brazil. Cracks and fissures in the earth are evoked by textural, irregular patterns available in the variants Gold and Silver. Agreste uses a process of reuse to transform manufacturing scraps, one of the many ways ALPI embraces responsible, circular design. Here, the wood is interpreted as a living, imperfect surface. Natural irregularities and production offcuts meld to create unique textures and reveal a new aesthetic in sustainability.
The range is completed by ALPI Sottsass Pink, whose new hue is a pink background crossed by pale blues veins, in line with Sottsass's unusual colour combinations.

The collections will be presented at the ALPI showroom in Via Solferino, Milan and at the ALPI stand at the trade fair Salone del Mobile.Milano in Rho Fiera, where an immersive experience of the new ALPI veneers will be on display.
