ALPI Kasumi and ALPI Futae originate in studies conducted by nendo on the manufacturing process of ALPIlignum, a blend of innovative technology and artisanal culture.
ALPI Kasumi, available in the two variants ALPI Kasumi Grey and ALPI Kasumi Blue, is distinguished by a soft grain and delicate hues that are the fruit of layering two shades of veneer and then making the pattern come to the fore by means of an inventive procedure.
ALPI Futae pushes beyond the distinction between nature and technology by combining wood grain of different sizes. This design choice simultaneously evokes the rough texture of tree-bark and the irregular surface of rock, generating an exceptional visual effect. ALPI Futae is available in the hues Futae White and Futae Grey.
Both veneers blend in harmoniously with the surroundings and a more careful look reveals detail that beguiles the eye.
The ALPIlignum Collection is available with IMO-MED certification, the European Union directive for the safety of maritime products. ALPIlignum is FSC® 100% certified (FSC-C004666), thanks to full control of the supply chain. In addition, it is classified as flame-resistant Bs1d0, meaning safety and conformity to design requirements.
